This is a RARE, VINTAGE, WORLD WAR II, Original Wood Case with'U. NAVY TEACHER MODELS' at the top with the handles, and has the SPECIAL DEVICES DIVISION USN BUREAU of AERONAUTICS. But what a cool, rare, piece of history. I'm not sure which one it goes to. There were a couple of slots without ships.

Some of the wood pieces the ships are on have information on the bottom. It's for all the ships you see. Some others might be missing pieces/parts. The metal hinges on the wood box and the metal latches have surface rust. I can't find any to compare to. When the case is shut, it measures approximately 27 inches across and approximately 14 inches top to bottom. And front to back, case secured, approximately 5 1/2 inches.
