ARTIFACT: This is an amazingly rare post-1943 Italian Air Force'Full Dress' or'Evening Dress' pilot wing to a Moschettieri del Duce. These elite guard only wore black uniforms and silver insignia, even air force men; hence the rare solid silver wing. VINTAGE: Circa late World War II. SIZE: About 2 wide by. ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin back with Italian style plunger catch.
