Wwi Wwii M1917 Winchester Fighting Knife Original Leather Scabbard USA Rare
PICTURES ARE THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION PLEASE LOOK AND ASK QUESTIONS. This Rare Winchester M1917 bayonet was cut down by an armory to 7 1/2 for a WWII fighting knife. This was done early in the war because we didn't have enough equipment to go around for 2 war fronts, Japan and Germany. The original scabbard has also been cut down to accommodate the knife. The knife is listed as used but shows no signs of being carried, sharpened, used, or displayed. The scabbard is also in great condition except for it is missing the belt hanger, see picture. This knife and scabbard is extremely rare. I've been collecting for over 30 years and have never seen another. Unfortunately I'm moving to another state soon and have to liquidate my collection. This piece would make an excellent addition to any collection.. The item "WWI WWII M1917 WINCHESTER FIGHTING KNIFE ORIGINAL LEATHER SCABBARD USA RARE" is in sale since Sunday, December 6, 2020.
