8p/navy Bullion On Cloth Patch/eagle/ship's Wheel/wwii/stripes/82/rare

This is on black cloth and some of the stitching around the edges is coming off, as shown. Measures 6" high by 3.75" wide. "82" is on the back. Very nice vintage military piece!
