Rare Orig WWII WW2 Japanese YEW Yokogawa Megger Megohmmeter

I have for sale an original WW2 bring home Japanese Megger Megohmmeter. I believe these were used to test the insulation, in electrical devices and applications, mainly for motor vehicles. I believe the item does work, but I was not able to fully test it. There is some minor scratching to the original finish, but overall this is a nice and rarer WWII Japanese collectible.
