RARE Original WWII US Army 10th Armored Division TIGER PROFICIENCY Award Patch. Created by the commanding General of the 10th Armored Division in World War II to recognize selected soldiers in the Division who had demonstrated proficiency and who had completed a course that challenged them both physically and intellectually. The patch does not fluoresce under ultra violet light. There is paper and glue on the back where it was removed from a scrap book.
This patch is extremely rare and I have only been able to find a couple of examples on line.
