Co 1944 Model M-42 Machete Knife measuring 22-3/4" overall with a blade length of 18". Good shape showing age patina, wear, use, scattered surface rust, excellent blade edge, wood handle, looks good, one small crack on point end of handle, runs from bottom rivet to spine pommel end, approx, half an inch, all tight though. The points you see are the British forward arrow proof-marks. Unusual Olive scabbard with the back having a tan color. I see no markings on it.
