RARE WWII FORT WORTH TEXAS GUARDETTES SCREWBACK WING PIN BADGE WW2 TX HOME FRONT - Rare WWII Fort Worth Area Texas Guardettes was one of the official Texas groups formed to assist while the Texas National Guard served in the war. Nice condition for age, appears under magnification there is some crackling of a clear coat? Over the enamel on the pin, enamel is intact (the small white spot at the top of the blue is a bit of white enamel), union stamps on the reverse. I'm speculating the 1000 at the bottom of the pin signifies an hours served award pin, notice only the woman on the left is wearing one. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
