Late War, WWII TALW (Toyada Automatic Loom Works) Japanese Bayonet measuring 20" overall with a blade length of 15.5". Blade retains much of its original blued finish.
This was only produced by one arsenal. It has a unfullered blade, a contour wrap around grips amd a rectangular Pommel with a serial number. The unique feature of this variation is the crossguard which is made of a rectangular piece of steel. This is thought to be one of the last arsenal made bayonets.
