Rare Wwii U. S Army Air Corps Air Ferrying Command Insignia DI Pb Copper Wing Dui

For your consideration are these very rare, early WWII U. Army Air Corps Ferrying Command pin-back uniform insignia. These pre-date the Air Transport Command Insignia that are readily available en masse. This is only the second (authentic) set of these we've come across in 30 years.

These were used by the Army Ferry Command from late 1941 through early 1942, and it's unknown how many were ever produced - but the number has to be incredibly low - similar to the A. These would have been used on the uniforms of the very few pilots that used the ACFC wings. They are made of copper,, which differs from the common silver ATC insignia used from early 1942 through post war. They are in exceptional original condition as shown.
