Part of set of three depicting Axis leaders in somewhat unflattering characterizations, this one shows Tojo as a rat. Made by the Kemper Thomas Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. Minor rough edges/minor chips to glass edge. Very minor wear to decal. Firmly attached decal and very presentable.
